Gail H. Shepherd
AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Gail grew up in Rogers and graduated from Rogers High School, always seeing Northwest Arkansas as one big home town. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas after spending two years at Drury University. Gail worked summers at Hight Jackson, starting after her third year studio, and full time after graduation until she received her license. She returned in 2009 and became a partner in 2012. A graduate of Leadership Rogers and Leadership Fayetteville, she is active on committees at the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and, before moving to Fayetteville, was a Chairman on the Rogers Historical Museum Commission. She is also a member of the Association for Learning Environments (formerly CEFPI). Gail believes that every client deserves the most detailed attention we have to offer and that good design does not have to be expensive, but it does require conviction and creativity to make it successful. Her husband works from home and keeps their three crazy boys in line as the stay at home parent, because Gail couldn’t imagine not having a job site to go visit.
