🎉 Celebrating 15 Years with Rachel! 🎉
This August we celebrated an incredible milestone .15 years of Rachel being a part of our team! 💙
For a decade and a half, Rachel has been the heart of our office, keeping things running smoothly, supporting our team, and bringing her dedication, positivity, and expertise to everything she does.
We are so grateful for the countless ways she has contributed to our firm and for all the memories, hard work, and laughter along the way. Our office wouldn’t be the same without you, Rachel!

For more than 50 years, Hight Jackson has been proud to help shape the communities where we live, work, and raise our families. From schools and civic spaces to community gathering places and beyond, it is an honor to contribute to the places that make Northwest Arkansas so special. We are grateful for the clients, partners, friends, and neighbors who have trusted us to be part of that journey. And we’re just getting started! We’re excited to continue designing, building, and investing in the places we love here in Northwest Arkansas and beyond. 50+ years of shaping our community, and a future we’re proud to help shape! #hightjackson #northwestarkansas #northwestarkansasarchitects #nwa #architectureanddesign #community #50years #builtforcommunity

The future is taking center stage! 🎭✨
We were honored to celebrate the topping out ceremony for the Carthage Performing Arts Center alongside an incredible community this week. Seeing students, educators, community members, and the entire project team come together to mark this milestone made the day even more special.
Projects like this are only possible through strong partnerships, and we're grateful to be working alongside an outstanding team, including our construction partner, @crosslandconstruction , and the Carthage community. The excitement and support surrounding this project remind us why we love what we do.
We can't wait to share the finished Performing Arts Center and see the lasting impact it will have on generations of students and the entire Carthage community. Here's to the next chapter! 🎉
